Cole Law Partners, P.C. is a boutique construction and commercial litigation firm in Boston, founded in October 2025 by experienced Massachusetts litigators. We are committed to helping contractors, subcontractors, developers, property owners and businesses throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island in construction disputes, commercial litigation, employer-side employment matters and insurance coverage disputes. We understand that disputes and legal uncertainties can disrupt operations, strain resources and affect long-term success. Our goal is to provide practical guidance, strategic advocacy and responsive service tailored to each client's unique needs.
Our attorneys include seven Super Lawyers honorees. Founding Partner J. Nathan Cole argued J.C. Cannistraro, LLC v. Columbia Construction Co. (SJC-13819) before the full Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in February 2026 - a landmark Prompt Payment Act case with statewide implications for the construction industry. The decision is pending.
Cole Law Partners was named a Best Up and Coming Law Firm for 2026 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The firm's practice areas include construction disputes, Prompt Payment Act claims, mechanics' liens, bid protests, construction defect and delay claims, commercial litigation, employer-side employment and risk management, insurance coverage disputes and real estate and commercial lease disputes.
