Our origins trace back to 1937, when John J. Sheehan and William L. Phinney established our firm. Despite the founders' military service during World War II, our commitment to our clients never wavered. Over the decades, we have grown in both size and stature, becoming the first New Hampshire law firm to open an office in downtown Boston and forming one of the largest lobbying groups in the state.
