Overview
Tucker D. Greene is heavily involved in both the firm’s False Claims Act practice and personal injury practice. Tucker has worked on a wide variety of False Claims Act cases, including Greene LLP’s landmark case against Biogen Idec, Inc., which resulted in a $900 million settlement and record setting $264 million relator share. Tucker also has extensive experience representing individuals in products liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and other catastrophic personal injury cases. In 2022, Tucker played an instrumental role in helping Greene LLP achieve a $27 million settlement for clients in a wrongful death case involving both products liability claims and medical malpractice claims.
Prior to joining Greene in 2013, Tucker worked as an Assitant District Attorney for the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure in the District Attorney’s Office, Greene tried dozens of cases to verdict.
