Hired Attorney Lauren Van Iderstine 2016-2021How does someone thank the one person who took the time to sit and listen when no-one else would? How do you begin to explain the difference one person can make in your life. Attorney Lauren Van Iderstien is that person, when no-one would take the time to listen to our nightmare of a story with a Workers Comp case and firing from a job after 38 years, she did. We were at our most vulnerable scared about the future of our lives and where to turn who to trust. Medical bills were mounting no income coming in. We knew that something could be done to insure my husband would have the proper health coverage for his injury but at every turn we were turned away then we called Kechers Law and our lives took a turn. Not a easy turn by any stretch of the imagination but now we had a power house standing beside us..sometimes behind us holding us up and leading us forward. Lauren was the one the only one who sat listened and lucky for us took on not only a “client” but real people she never treated us like a “client” she was vested in our well being and lives. She was the someone who stuck by my husband and myself for 5 years. After a life altering accident at work that has taken any normally that he once had leaving him with a permanent eye disability. Restricing his vision his daily living it has changed our lives forever. Attorney Van Iderstein worked hard and fought just as hard to get justice for him and me because when one spouse becomes disabled it takes a toll on both spouses . Her professionalism goes without saying she is so much more. The knowledge of what she does as an attorney the ins and outs of the laws and how the system works was amazing. She was always on top of what was happening to say she kept us in the loop is a understatement. Lauren not only was a “attorney” she wore many hats it was long stressful time for us she was a liaison a confidant and so much more. Yes she won our case! A case that was fought tooth and nail by a WC insurance company. Not only did she win our case but she has actually done what very few attorneys have and thats to beat a WC case. We have learned over the past 5 years that this is no easy task but with her tenacity and experience and a side of tough fight for her clients she prevailed. No amount of money can give you back what you’ve lost in a injury but the actual acknowledgment that things do happen and you were wronged does make a difference. Not having to worry about proper medical treatments and being able to at least live the lifestyle you once did is an incredible feeling. So yeah the money does help. None of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Lauren and Kechers Law. She deserves so much more then a review on how incredible she is and how much we appreciate what she did for us. We thank you for putting us in your very capable hands and we thank the others who turned us away and said there was nothing they could do….actually I thank them the most!

Hired Attorney Lauren Van Iderstine 2018-2020A huge thank you to Lauren Van Iderstine!! After being injured at work I reached out to Keches Law Group. My employer was unsympathetic and I felt I was being pressured into going back to work. The insurance company was sending forms to be signed, I had no idea what to do.
