Hired Law firm 2016-2017We hired Mr. Riordan as my company's general counsel. As soon as he was installed, he began to work with another shareholder to defraud us, extort us, and threaten my family members. He had conflicts of interest throughout, and may have helped another one of his clients create false IRS documents to try to inculpate us. Maybe this kind of behavior is appropriate for an underhanded personal attorney, but I would never hire such a person for corporate work.
