Hired Attorney 2019-2022Outstanding! Jason Bolio is an incrediable & outstanding credit to his profession,That is an UNDERSTATEMENT. First I engaged Atty. James Lawrence (MA, RI, NY, FLA) w/a full retainer,. Then I paid Atty. Mark Cotton(Cambridge-Belmont) a a full retainer and he returned near 25% after 1 court appearance because he claimed our POLITICS differed from his Cambridge thinking! YES, that's what he said! Mass. should offer Jason Bolio, Esq. a 7 figure annual payment positioned contract to lower its debt's ! Consider a data backed truth, that few of us tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth seldomley. To me, it figures Jason Bolio's operation has settled in & is run out of Atty. Paul Tierney's primary location, 300 Copland St,in Quincy, Ma. I'd send my MOM there! I'm not a person of many words, I believe actions speak louder than words. You know what they say, birds of a feather and all that. Banks records showed she STOLE every cent he had (a .04 & .06 cent checks) in addition to many multiple 5 figure checks. You cannot buy a reputation for anything, ANYWHERE! Jasons rating here is 5.0! I also see Atty. Paul Tierney's positioning included on the door to this Law office in Quincy., at 234 Copeland St.. 2nd Floor., Quincy Ma. I overlooked the other attys there. I was focused.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
