Glenn Wegrzyn has extensive experience representing business and individuals with a thorough and cost-effective approach to commercial litigation. Attorney Wegrzyn focuses his practice on collecting debts owed due to nonpayment of invoices, breach of contract, promissory notes and unpaid judgments, often on a contingency basis.
An experienced litigator, Attorney Wegrzyn has represented clients in courts throughout the Commonwealth taking an aggressive approach from early motion practice through jury trials if necessary. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in collecting unpaid commercial debts, often obtaining prejudgment security in the form of bank attachments, real estate attachments and injunctions, but when necessary has taken the case the distance having prepared and/or tried dozens of cases.
Attorney Wegrzyn graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.S. in Geology and Earth Systems and obtained his J.D. from New England Law School of Law. Attorney Wegrzyn is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Representative matters include:
- Obtained ex parte attachments on multiple commercial defendants’ real estate based on alter ego and piercing corporate veil theories, resulting in payment to client out of closing
- Obtained ex parte bank attachment on commercial defendants’ account and defeated commercial defendant’s motion to dissolve bank attachment
- Obtained ex parte reach and apply injunction intercepting commercial debtors’ streams of income
- Obtained judgment after trial in favor of food distributor against commercial debtor
- Obtained judgment after trial favor of CPA firm on nonpayment of invoices and defeat of counterclaim
- Obtained judgment after trial on behalf of employer against employee for breach of contract
- Obtained judgment award on 93A claim against commercial debtor
