Sandra MacCormack Boulay is the principal and owner of Boulay Law Firm, LLC – a general practice law firm based in Lowell, Massachusetts. A licensed social worker, Ms. Boulay has served on numerous boards, including those of the Children's Center of Faith United Methodist Church, Inc. and the Merrimack Valley Catholic Charities. She was also a commissioner and recording secretary for the Methuen Conservation Commission.
After completing her Bachelor of Social Work at Salem State College, Ms. Boulay received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1988. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and the United States Supreme Court.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and serves as the treasurer of the Merrimack Valley Conveyancer’s Association.
