Hired Law firm 2021-2026TITLE: Total Perseverance/Patience & Determination Sandra Lundy is a go gettem' lawyer who has the perseverance and dogged determination to follow through on the case when everything seems there is no end to a nightmare, where you might want to quit but she stays to the end and keeps coming up with new strategies to trap the rats. In my case I don't know where she found the patience for three years to battle a pair of them but it paid off to the relief of this saga! Couldn't find a better person to deal with my situation. Also, if it is not a legal speciality in her wheel house, she has no problem suggesting to bring in a person who has that speciality. She has a great number of contacts through the state that she has worked with to assist her in special circumstances. Not all lawyers are honest especially when large money assets are involved and they all see dollars to be acquired sometimes through nefarious ways or out of just plain greed as in my case. If you hire her you will get AN HONEST BROKER!! and no fear of any kind of shenanigans going on in the back door. Before I hired her I had ended up with four lawyers who didn't really care what I wanted or felt there was no profit on taking my case. Finding an honest lawyer is not easy. So here you go with a number one lawyer who will serve your best interest!!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
