Hired Law firm 2020-2022I have been involved in an extremely contentious and complicated divorce & custody matter over the past 4 1/2 years. The odds that I faced were almost insurmountable, as I was on the losing end of a devastating ruling on this matter from 2 1/2 years ago. 2 years ago I made the best decision in my life and hired Attorney Kelly. She was a fierce and strategic mediator and was able to settle issues that I had never dreamed we could settle. No one was able to settle these issues in the past. Those issues that we were not able to settle through mediation did not intimidate her, and we headed into a trial. Hired Law firm 2018-2019I recently started working with Attorney Kelly after consulting with her firm following the birth of my daughter. I was not put on my daughter's birth certificate and was not being allowed access to my daughter. I was also receiving threats from my daughter's mother to move and send someone to assault me. I was scared and felt hopeless until I met with Attorney Kelly. She took over my case and immediately got the ball rolling. She is tough and will not back down from a challenge.
