Hannah White has diligently represented clients through intricate and sensitive matters related to divorce, child custody, and probate matters for over 5 years. Hannah takes pride in helping her clients navigate through what can be the most difficult period in their lives. She enjoys getting to know each of her clients on a personal level and working together collaboratively to identify their specific needs.
In addition to her domestic relations practice, Hannah is skilled in estate planning and administration. Hannah’s priority is to design and tailor an estate plan for her client’s current and future needs. In the event of tragedy, she understands that the probate administration of your loved one’s estate can be an overwhelming and often difficult process. Through her experience and guidance Hannah helps her client’s and their family alleviate the burden of the probate process.
Hannah has also successfully represented both landlords and tenants in countless matters in the housing court, including summary process evictions, temporary restraining orders, and small claims matters. Hannah has effectively helped many landlords and tenants throughout their housing court proceedings whether it be through negotiation of an agreement for Judgment or trial. Through Hannah’s understanding of the law, she helps her client’s address current issues in their case, as well as how to move forward in the future to ensure they are in compliance with necessary procedures.
Hannah was born and raised in the Berkshires, graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and New England School of Law. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, regularly working out, golfing, and traveling.
