An attentive listener, effective communicator, and creative problem-solver, Victoria Arend Carbone is a committed advocate who takes pride in assisting her clients to navigate the legal challenges they face in divorce, parentage actions, and other domestic relations matters.
Carbone has experience in both trial and appellate proceedings. In addition to representing clients in the Probate and Family Court, she has also represented parents and children in care and protection proceedings in the Juvenile Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court as a member of the private panel of the Children and Family Law Division (CAFL) of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS).
Carbone was formerly in private practice in Worcester County, where she handled domestic relations, landlord/tenant, and child welfare matters. Prior to that, she served as a judicial law clerk to an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court in Boston. Before her legal career, Victoria was a public high school teacher in Worcester County.
Carbone earned a J.D., cum laude, from Western New England University School of Law, where she was a Senior Editor of the Western New England Law Review; an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst; and a B.A. from Bennington College in Vermont. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association. Outside of the office and the courtroom, Victoria loves spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys going on walks with her family, doing yoga, reading, and cooking.
