I cannot express enough gratitude for Attorney Phil Arnel and the truly life-changing work he has done for me. He worked an absolute miracle in court, updating and sealing my entire criminal record of 33 charges at once, as well as updating and sealing my entire FBI arrest record! These criminal charges had built up over years of addiction and disordered mental health. Now, thanks be to God, after more than 10 years being recovered from that hopeless state of mind and body and having completely amended my life, Phil told me he wanted to help restore my past and clear it up. I would not have been able to do this without his knowledge and help. I now understand how much of an investment this was in myself and has granted me the ability to not be burdened by my past so I can now build my family and future without worry of it sneaking back up to cause a disturbance! He followed through on that promise with compassion, dedication, and unmatched skill! He even kept my file open until I could gather the necessary finances and still gave me an incredible deal for the work he did. He completed everything efficiently and thoroughly, keeping me informed of every step along the way. His communication, professionalism, and mastery of this area of law are second to none! I truly believe Attorney Phil Arnel is the best lawyer in the country for this kind of work and you will not find it anywhere else. I am beyond grateful that God brought him into my life and thankful for the purposeful work he does to help those most in need of restoration and a second chance to regain their standing in society. If you are searching for someone who genuinely cares and delivers miraculous results, look no further than Attorney Phil Arnel, a true master of his craft and a blessing to all he helps.

Phil helped me resolve a complex issue with correcting my FBI record, ensuring that an amended court charge was accurately reflected. The process involved multiple delays and misinformation at the state level, but he remained persistent and handled the matter with care and attention to detail. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile ultimately led to a successful outcome. I appreciate his efforts and would recommend him.

Refusing to ever sell any client short, Mr. Arnel will persevere and grind insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, prosecutors and judges alike to obtain the best possible results for the client; for the satisfied client is undoubtedly his best source for future referrals. Unprofessional, disinterested, discourteous and frustrating lawyers seemingly being at the top of their intolerable peak in recent years, you will take comfort in knowing that every telephone call will be promptly returned, that your case will be the most important, and that you will receive the same respect and consideration that Mr. Arnel expects and commands. Always.

Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
