Hired Attorney 2014-2021When one finds a legal advocate who cares, who will keep you informed, who will fight for you, and be the voice you need in order to represent you, this person must be acknowledged. Scott Sinrich is indeed this person. Scott gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in court. He was a calming and confident presence during very difficult court proceedings. We encountered issues that no one expected, yet he worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it impeccably. He has stood by every one of my requests and guided my husband and I through the entire tedious process. Though we faced challenges, Mr. Sinrich did not falter. His thorough research provided us the pathway we needed to rise to victory. Scott truly cared for us on a personal level and the rapport and guidance he provided was outstanding at all times. Phone calls and emails were answered in a prompt and timely fashion, and we were constantly given updates. Scott had the knowledge and experience to resolve my case and achieve a positive outcome. My husband and I trusted him completely and always felt optimistic with him by our side. Paul and Debora Zablocki

Hired Attorney 2021Scott Sinrich is an amazing business attorney. Specifically, I had him represent me for several business litigation cases. I would choose him ten times out of ten over the bigger law firms in Worcester. Previously I had been represented by the largest and known to be "best" firm in Worcester, and now after working with Scott, I see how unethical and little they did for my case. Scott Sinrich is an attorney who will stay up late nights and wake up early morning to make sure he is prepared to represent you on your case. His firm is smaller, but you should never decide on a law firm based on the number of attorneys within the practice when selecting a law firm. Scott and his team were dedicated to me and getting me results. He is probably the most ethical lawyer you will find in the city.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
