Consulted Law firm 2017-2022In May of 2017 we purchased a five draw Whirlpool Refrigerator Model number WRV986FDem SS 5 Dr including a five year warranty from ABC Warehouse and Platinum Factory services. We have had two service call and the Ref cannot be fixed by the Platinum service representative. The Ref is malfunction again for the fourth time this year. Your product is a lemon and needs to be replaced. At this time based upon our very bad experience with your product, I cannot and will not recommend your products to friends or my extended family members. I plan to follow up with a formal letter of compliant. Please help us
