Consulted Attorney 2022-2025Thomas Padgett is trying to steal my home from under me my family has had this home in our family for over 40 years and he's trying to say my mom who died in 2022 because she got sick out of nowhere but even while she was dying she always told me to pay all her bills even if it was the minimum balance they were all still paid this is the ONLY house ive ever lived in and we already went through 3rd circut court and they ruled in my favor his breif was a bunch of nonsense case files he made up . My mother also was very healthy when she executed the lady bird deed she had no idea she was going to get brain cancer and pass she obviously wanted ME to have my family home and this monster has cause me such undue stress and now I have to see a doctor and on top of that I am disabled and also have a heart condition and I could easily have a heart attack at any moment from what he is putting me and my family threw he is a horrible lawyer and a horrible person live lived here my whole life I have a 2 year old daughter that lives here with me and we would all be homeless because this horrible person ..please let me and my family grevie in peace I havent even been able to grieve my mother ..you are a horrible person thomas Padgett . U want to make a whole family homeless and this is the only home I knw .
