Kevin has been a trial lawyer for nearly 25 years. He specializes in litigation involving large commercial vehicles and semi-trucks, No-Fault matters, insurance coverage disputes, municipal vehicles and construction accidents. Kevin has argued complex legal issues before the Michigan Court of Appeals on several occasions and achieved victories for his clients every time. Kevin has obtained millions of dollars for his injured clients and is a tenacious fighter both inside and out of the courtroom.

Kevin’s awards for his clients have made the Michigan Lawyers Weekly list of the top-reported verdicts and settlements in the state for seven of the past eight years. He most recently obtained $5.1 million for his clients in a Washtenaw County wrongful death car accident case, $3,325,000 in a Washtenaw County commercial motor vehicle wrongful death case; $2.5 million in Wayne County for an intersection accident involving a semi-truck; $2 million in Oakland County for a nursing instructor’s broken leg; and $1.63 million in Van Buren County involving multiple semi-tractor trailers during a snow storm.
