These guys are great!! I’ve dealt with a handful of attorneys the past few years and I must say I wish I would’ve found these guys a long time ago… if you need a attorney who knows how to handle a case and won’t treat you like just another case call them!! You won’t be disappointed…

Nick was referred to me by a past client of his, who also had much success. He took on my case which dealt with moving out of state with my child which ultimately turned into the opposing party wanting custody and everything in between. During this very stressful time, Nick was able to walk me through the legal system, calm my every concern and inform me of what would be happening next. He was able to see through and acknowledge every lie stated about me in court, while maintaining professionalism. He left me feeling prepared and at ease each time we went to court. Nick is well-spoken and listened to every concern I had. As much as I would love to never be in a situation to hire Nick again, I would in a heartbeat! I have recommended him to multiple people already and will continue to do so.

If it was an option I would give them 10 stars. This was the first good experience that I have ever had with an attorney. I found them to be very down to earth. They come across as being real people as opposed to the usual attorney client relationship. They did everything that could be done for me to resolve my case and I came out much better than I expected. do yourself a favor and give them a shot before you go with one of the big corporate law firms. You will be happy with the decision.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
