Set court date for pre-lim for 2 weeks away. I retain attorney Joesph S. Smigiel Jr. p28034. He shows up to pri-lim 6 hours late. The second time I get moved from jail to go to court. Lawyer wants me to waive pre -lim and begin to plea deal it out. Told him no. I didn't do anything wrong and I do not want to waive pre -lim. Court date set for a week later....still in jail. No bond. Pre Lim, Joe Smigiel my RETAINED attorney. Goes on vacation to Maui. And he sends a substitute lawyer. Sub lawyer Charles L.
