Hired Law firm 2026I can’t say enough good things about this attorney. He has been a constant source of support and guidance for me since childhood, and now again as an adult. Having someone with that kind of long-term understanding, dedication, and genuine care is truly rare. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. No matter the situation, he always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. He goes above and beyond, not just as an attorney, but as someone who truly cares about his clients and their outcomes. I honestly don’t know where I would be without his help over the years. If you are looking for someone who is not only incredibly skilled but also deeply committed to the people he represents, I highly recommend him. Five stars isn’t enough to reflect how grateful I am.

Consulted Law firm 2000-2025This guy was awesome and I highly recommend Duane Hadley. He has been my goto for over 25 years.

Hired Law firm 2020I consider Dwayne Hadley to be incompetent, unreliable and just plain selfish. When the man says he always keeps his clients in the loop he actually means he will get ahold of you the day before court and only tell you half of what to expect.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
