The Law firm of Malone Bailey specializes in handling Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury claims throughout the state of Minnesota. We have offices in Edina, St. Cloud and a satellite office in Brainerd. Our firm handles many referred cases from other attorneys for which we do not pay referral fees.

Hired Law firm 2019-2023I thought we were going for disability for my back. Extreme pain every day can't walk or sit for 15 min. I tried to lay out the ground work and keeping a pain journal to show how bad it is. Called Nancy and asked what I can do to strengthen my case. Did everything she recommended. The day before my hearing or the morning of John Finlay called me. He changed my disability to mental health issues. After preparing for 3 years he changed it. He spent a total of probably 1 minute pleading my case. Needless to say I lost.
