Consulted Attorney 2021I just wanted to voice my displeasure with James W. Hess. He was rude and inconsiderate. His tone was condescending and basically just a jerk. I don't know where my dad found this guy but I certainly wish he would've had someone more considerate and a willingness to answer simple, general, straightforward questions. Instead he couldn't have been a bigger jerk. All I wanted to know was when he thought a contract expired. Plain and simple. Very straightforward. He was willing to answer anything. He has made the Probate Process even more painful and time consuming. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Respectfully submitted, Mark Laurent
