He is the owner and sole partner of Marcus-Jarvis Law Limited (formerly Jarvis and Associates, LLC, and Jarvis and Associates, PC), which has attained a number of successful appeals at the BIA and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Hired Attorney 2025-2026This lawyer took $4,000 of my friend's money and then told her he couldn't do anything for her and would not accompany her to her court hearing because "you won't win. The government is deporting everyone." What a scammer. The lowest of the low to prey on desperate, powerless, poor people. Shame!
