Rochester Personal Injury Lawyer
Overview
André A.S. Novack is a partner at Klampe Law Firm and best known for representing clients in personal injury cases. With millions of dollars won for injury victims, his assertive yet ethical approach to advocacy consistently has delivered results case after case.
Each case presents unique challenges, and André works closely with clients through every phase—from free consultation to trial. Although he thrives in litigation and the courtroom, he makes every effort to maximize results without the need for lawsuits. He represents injury clients on a contingency-fee basis, meaning they can focus on healing and never need to worry about paying attorney fees out of pocket, while allowing André to work diligently on their case.
In 2024, Martindale-Hubbell honored André with a rating of AV-Preeminent, its highest possible distinction awarded for professional skill and ethical standards, achieved by only about 10% of lawyers. In 2023, he was also named to the list of Super Lawyers – Rising Stars, a distinction reserved for just 2.5% of Minnesota attorneys. His past pro bono work has also earned him multiple North Star Lawyer recognitions, underscoring his commitment to accessible justice.
Through his time at William Mitchell College of Law, his commitment to justice became clear. He represented a low-income client against a prominent Twin Cities firm at the Minnesota Court of Appeals as a certified student attorney, and he built skills in moot courts, mock jury and bench trials, and an externship with Hennepin County Judge Susan B. Robiner. Winning his law school’s client counseling competition cemented his passion for client advocacy.
Born and raised in the Twin Cities, André relocated to Rochester in 2016 with his wife. Before joining Klampe Law Firm in 2017, he worked for legal aid and honed his skills on large-scale litigations for premier law firms in Minneapolis. As a partner at Klampe Law Firm, André is honored to represent clients from all backgrounds, committed to achieving optimal outcomes and upholding their rights.
Outside the courtroom, André enjoys family time with his wife and two young children. He also shares his home with a number of beloved four-legged furballs. An outdoors enthusiast and theatergoer, André tries to balance his dedication to his clients with a love for nature, physical activity, and the arts.
