Mark Delehanty fought for me like a GLADIATOR at the Roman Coliseum. I was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit broadside by a guy who ran a stops sign. The 'at fault' driver and the vehicle I was in were insured. Mn law requires MY auto insurance co to cover medical expenses and lost wages up to a certain amount. My insurance co paid a fraction of what they were required to, then they hired one of 'THEIR' Doctors to examine me (naturally he stated "There's nothing wrong with him.") While 8 other Doctors who didn't work for that Ins Co, stated I was "Permanently injured for life." My Ins Co of 30 years cut me off. They acted like they never heard of me, (they insured many vehicles, home, life, boat, motorcycle over the decades)They might as well have abandoned me on a desert island with no food and water. Desperate, I contacted an attorney friend who referred me to Mark Delehanty at Klampe Law Firm. Mark put me at ease and 'grabbed the bull by the horns.' It took much longer than I expected, but it was worth it. Mark kept the wolves at bay (medical bills) then procured a settlement from the at fault driver's ins co, he then went after MY worthless insurance company who were forced to pay me all back payments PLUS interest.
