Jared Hines - Rochester, MN

Jared is an associate at Klampe Law Firm and joined the firm in 2021. He graduated law school in 2013 and is licensed in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Jared has a wide variety of experience with different types of legal issues, but focuses primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis in family law and personal injury.

Jared attended law school in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Among other accolades, he was president of the school's Criminal Law Association and earned the highest marks of his entire class in a course called International Business Transactions. He excelled in moot court opportunities and spent a considerable amount of his time in law school interning various county attorney's offices. Jared is an experienced and zealous advocate for his clients in any courtroom setting.

Following law school, Jared was selected as a judicial law clerk in North Dakota's East Central Judicial District, based in Fargo, where he spent his time gaining courtroom experience, building relationships with judges and court staff, and drafting orders. Jared was since an Assistant City Attorney in Fargo, North Dakota, where he prosecuted municipal crimes, and spent more than six years with a private general practice firm where he handled all of the firm's family law, including divorce, custody, child support, parenting time, adoptions, restraining orders, and civil commitments, as well as a portion of the firm's business dispute and personal injury claims.

Jared relocated to southern Minnesota in 2021 to spend more time with his family. In his free time, Jared enjoys following the Vikings and Twins, biking, golfing, and hiking with his golden retriever.
