Josh was fantastic to talk to. We only went so far as a consultation and I decided that I did not want to move forward at this time but if I change my mind I will definitely be calling him back. Josh is a BEAST. I was hurt on the job and it was NOT at all handled, like you would expect or should expect a Huge well known company to handle it. I was extremely nervous and worried about my injury and my job. I had very high anxiety about calling a attorney.I was very apprehensive, because all the attorneys that i have ever had ( Only saw my skin color and a transman) they NEVER saw me as a human or fought for me and along side of me. He was paid more than his fee and do you know that he told me and made sure that the company sent me the overpayment. { I also forgot to include that the team of people that he paired me with were AMAZING!. Joshua did a great job for me, advocating for me against a formidable insurance company. My own Doctors and medical clinic proved to be less than cooperative but through the persistence of Mr. Borken and his staff we had a very favorable outcome. Joshua kept me well informed all throughout the process and was good at answering all of my questions in a timely manner.
