Samuel A. Heacox joined Bosch Heacox Law Firm in July 2022. Prior to that, he was a shareholder at a different Minnesota law firm with a sole focus on defending employers, insurers and self-insured employers in workers' compensation matters. Mr. Heacox's current practice is 100% dedicated to representing injured employees in all aspects of Minnesota workers' compensation litigation, from administrative conferences to appellate practice. He uses his past experience as a defense attorney to better assist injured workers with their claims and to maximize settlement valuation. Mr. Heacox lives in Woodbury, MN with his wife. Outside of the office, he enjoys exercising, fishing and watching hockey.
