Our law firm was founded by attorney Eric Thole, who has 20 years of experience in criminal law. Prior to opening his private criminal defense practice in 2005, Mr. Thole served as an assistant Washington County attorney from 1997 to 2004, where he prosecuted felony cases. He also served as a city prosecutor for Stillwater (1992-1994) and Cottage Grove (1994-1996).

Today, he puts his hands-on criminal law experience to work in helping clients defend their rights against a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony charges. He has tried and defended cases involving murder/homicide, rape, sexual assault, child pornography, Internet crimes, burglary, robbery, drug crimes, DUI/OWI, traffic violations and other serious offenses.
