Overview
Steven Budke joined Sheridan & Dulas, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2014. He received his B.A. from Saint Cloud State University in 2010 and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2014. While in law school, Steven worked as a certified student attorney in the Dakota County Attorney's office in both the Child Support Enforcement and Criminal divisions. During that time, Steven argued hundreds of family law motions, represented the State in probation revocation and misdemeanor proceedings, and prepared numerous appellate briefs.
Before attending law school, Steven worked in the area of gender violence prevention. Most notably, he served as the Program Coordinator for the Gender Violence Prevention Program at St. Cloud State University. At the same time, he worked with St. Cloud Area Legal Services in Domestic Violence Court.
Steven's professionalism and commitment have earned him an excellent reputation amongst judges and lawyers.
In addition, Steven is a qualified neutral under Minnesota Rule 114, listed in the General Civil Facilitative and Adjudicative rosters.
