Paul Williams is a founding member of Williams Newman Williams, PLLC and Co-Chair of the Williams Newman Williams Nursing Home Group. Paul concentrates his practice on representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect throughout the country. Paul takes pride in holding nursing homes responsible for providing substandard care to our nations most vulnerable population. In his quest for justice for victims of elder abuse, Paul has recovered millions of dollars from nursing homes that take advantage of our elderly. Paul also represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injury as a result of 18-wheeler accidents and premises liability. Paul is licensed to practice in Mississippi, California and Arkansas, and represents clients throughout the country. Paul gained invaluable knowledge and experience defending large businesses, including nursing homes, which allows Paul to effectively represent clients against these exact type of companies. Paul has used this knowledge from the other side of the fence to allow him to obtain the best possible results for his severely injured clients. Paul is a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group.
