My experience with Larry is that he is a complete fraud. I was referred to him by two friends. They both feel bad for referring him and are embarrassed for his behavior. Apparently, at one time Larry was a half decent (nothing special) lawyer. Then Larry got a job as a prosecutor. Larry milks his prosecuting salary and only strategically takes on a few cases representing clients. Larry prefers to pick out the cases he feels he can milk the most out of. Larry is involved in a Cash for Kids Scam. If you do not know what this is, look it up. Larry has a pattern of working with other lawyers to persuade courts to appoint a GAL's who will then act as a coconspirator in the scam. Larry lied to my face and attempted to churn my case for as long as he could to make all the dollars he could. I got off cheaper than most but lost my child (temporarily). Larry lied to my face until trial. Once trial started, he withheld my evidence, he confused the issues to hamper my presentation, he introduced evidence for the opposition I could go on and on. Little did I know, Larry had a predetermined outcome for my case. This is not even questionable. Here soon, the details from the investigation will be released for everyone to see. I feel it is important that if you have a bad experience with Larry like I did, you should post a review to warn others. Additionally, reach out to me if you had a bad experience with him as well. eight one six, two eight six, eight nine six three. You and your case could potentially qualify in a malpractice and Federal RICO Antitrust lawsuit against Larry like mine. I will not hesitate to help navigate you to the right people. Hopefully, this review will save everyone else while he is still practicing.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
