Consulted Law firm 2024I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct I experienced while attempting to schedule an appointment with one of your attorneys at the Tracey L. Robinson Law Firm in Kansas City, Kansas. On 8/9/24 at around 12:07PM, I contacted your office with the intention of setting up a consultation to discuss my concerns with a licensed attorney. Unfortunately, I was met with an extremely rude paralegal who not only refused to schedule the appointment but also displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. When I requested to schedule a consultation, the paralegal was dismissive and uncooperative. Each time I asked for her name, which I felt was a reasonable request given the situation, she abruptly hung up on me. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. As a potential client, I found this experience to be extremely frustrating and disappointing. I believe that every individual who contacts your firm deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the nature of their inquiry. Given this experience, I must strongly advise others to avoid your firm. I hope that you will take appropriate action to address the behavior of the paralegal involved and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
