Overview
As a founding member of Hamilton Weber, David Hamilton remains affiliated with the firm to provide advice and counsel to the lawyers who are providing legal services to the firm’s clients, however, his practice is now devoted to Alternative Dispute Resolution with Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, also known as JAMS.
Mr. Hamilton has mediated cases in state and federal court but primarily has focused his mediation practice in litigation pending in the United States District Court. His 36 years of litigation experience, coupled with representation of dozens of clients in mediations as well as conducting mediations, gives him a unique perspective on the needs of litigants and their lawyers in seeking a cost- and time-effective alternative to litigation.
