Hamilton Weber LLC is the largest law firm located in St. Charles County, Missouri. The firm was founded by five attorneys who were formerly partners in two of the largest firms in the State of Missouri. The firm offers a broad range of legal services to businesses and individuals, and delivers quality legal services in a cost effective and timely manner. The lawyers of the firm believe that service is of paramount importance, and strive at all times to provide the highest level of legal services available anywhere.
The firm focuses most of its practice on civil litigation, state and local government law, health care law and litigation, and professional malpractice defense. The firm serves as general counsel to the City of St. Peters, one of the largest municipalities in the State of Missouri. In addition, the firm represents numerous political subdivisions and smaller municipalities. A significant number of the firm's lawyers devote the majority of their time to civil and health care litigation, and medical malpractice, professional negligence, and personal injury defense.
The firm also devotes a substantial portion of its practice to general corporate and real estate transactions including all aspects of real estate development. Our lawyers have developed strong working relationships with local government officials based on mutual respect, and can draw on those relationships to facilitate timely approval and completion of our client's projects.
