Tanner has comprehensive experience in construction litigation, class actions, civil rights, commercial litigation, labor and employment, contract and statutory actions, and real estate litigation in both state and federal courts. With his history as both a defense and plaintiffs’ attorney, Tanner understands both sides of litigation and uses that knowledge and expertise for the benefit of his clients in every matter.
