Joe has mislead and misrepresented me through my entire case. I would request they do depositions with my witnesses fouls certain emotions and stop pushing off my court dates. And all I ever got was pushed back court dates and when I did go to court I feel as if he didn’t represent me and then after each court date and I will get us another bill in the mail and this has went on since 2016 and up until the current day I was reincarcerated a couple months ago and instead of Joe fighting the case he decided that he would drop me as a client out of the blue after being paid almost $45,000 and only pushing of court dates from 2016 up in to the current date. Joe never represented on any of my cases, he’s always pushed my court dates off. Up until today all of the cases I’ve hired Joe on hasn’t been settled and are still pending. I haven’t be funded or anything . I’ve paid Joe more than enough this for in order for him to have been completed some of my cases. So, this complaint is being filed off the Strength that I have paid over $45,000 to this attorney and I have not been given what I have paid for I have not been represented I’ve only been mis- lead and misrepresented and all of my court dates have been pushed off and none of my cases have been settled. This firm will take all of your money and then drop you and never settle your case/s.
