    I hired Brown & Crouppen when a drunk driver hit me last year while I was driving home from work, totaling my car and causing me injury. Each step of the way, I was met with care. From the intake process and gathering of information until the end which was the delivery of my settlement. Deborah Doak was my attorney and Amber my paralegal. Both did an excellent job. All of my questions, phone calls, and emails were answered right away. They managed all of my medical bills and claims, which was a relief as I saw a few different doctors and expected to pay out of pocket for copays. They set it up so I didn't have to worry about that while I was in treatment. The property damage specialist walked me through getting a rental car and what to expect from the insurance inspection process. The medical coordinator at the firm helped me find a physical therapist close to my work and also a therapist to help me process the PTSD I experienced after the accident. Both accepted my insurance and agreed to lien-based copays. I felt as if I had a real team of compassionate professionals on my side. My settlement far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brown & Crouppen- they are simply the best.
