In 2005, Mr. Summary began his career as a public defender. Since going into private practice in 2007, he has represented clients in cases ranging from minor traffic violations to class A felonies, taken numerous depositions, successfully argued motions for the suppression of evidence, tried cases before a jury and before a judge, handled criminal appeals for clients, and worked closely with each client throughout the process. Civil:
Since 2007, Mr. Summary has headed a flourishing civil practice.
