Hired Attorney Meghan Wolf 2022-2026Meghan’s client was my ex. He had a high income, so Meghan had much to gain by continuing to fight against the mother of his children for him. I was a stay at home, homeschooling mother during the marriage who supported my sons through all our military moves and their dad’s absences in their lives while he gained numerous ranks, degrees, and certificates. While the judge initially gave 50/50 custody to begin with, Meghan attacked my motherhood and got me to have supervised visitations based on her client making up false allegations with no proof. ( I had no drug use, no alcohol use, no criminal history, no mental health diagnoses). Meghan had no reference of her dad client having any relationship with his kids at all, except his pretentious story telling to be a victim of spousal abuse. Meghan had zero evidence of child abuse either and allowed her client to use his own son as a weapon against the mother of his children, filing numerous false allegations of abuse and using CPS, using police services to intimidate me, making my kids be interrogated many times in attempt to have them taken from me, the mother. The difficulty that Meghan Wolf caused in our sons’ lives by getting supervised visitations did significant damage to relationships in the community, school district, friends, and family members due to the amount of lying, deceit, and false accusations is incredible. Meghan Wolf does her job well and breaks families apart, causes stress for kids. Meghan did an incredible job of working with her client towards alienating my sons from me, keeping them out of all extra curricular activities so that I wasn’t able to “attend” any, instead forced them to attend therapy that dad influenced against mom with his lies there as well.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
