Born and raised in Omaha, Tim O’Brien attended Creighton Prep and graduated in 2005. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Creighton University in 2009 and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Tim was recognized with the CALI award for excellence in Insurance law. A member of the Omaha and Nebraska Bar Associations, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and The America Association for Justice, Tim is following his family’s tradition in the legal field while expanding the capabilities of Hauptman, O'Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C.
