    I don't know if Mrs.horne remember my case..my name is Martha Esmeralda Chacón Delgado illegal reentry case 2006.first I would like to thank her because I didn't get chance to do it then..my experience with Brenda horne Excelent . she's great attorney she listen to every detail of my case with patience my case is very different then many other imagration case there where errors in the procedure my second time reentry I was looking at 10 years.. after Brenda horne listen to my story she argued with DA brought out all the illegal errors In my case and at the DA recognize errors made deal with me I didn't get 10 years I ended up doing 6 years .. Brenda horne did for me what René valledarez didn't do... because in all reallty i shouldn't of been deported ..I didn't have imagration violation I break any of there laws.i was two years old when they brought me to the states..I had my papers I never did nothing but plead guilty to a felony I could of taking it to trail probably won.. after Court hearing I was free to go ..I was supposed to go see the probation officer I was given..my first felony no criminal history never in prison..why was imagration waiting for me outside the court room.arrest me put me jail two months waited new law to come in so they could deport me they ruined my life they put me in the system thanks Brenda horne representation I did my 6 years I federal prison got out ..I live in Mexicali baja California haven't went back ever sense.. Brenda horne advised not to its been more then 10 years I plan on fighting my case because it in justice what they did..but I truly appreciate Brenda horne for being such wonderful attorney.if I could talk you for some advice if not a problem here cell phone numberthank you
