Hired Law firm 2021I have been going through a probate trust and estate litigation case in Las Vegas for over a year. I've been through multiple attorneys, none of them willing to listen or do any research work for the facts. About a month ago I hired Larissa from Stovall and Associates. They are a personal injury law firm in Las Vegas but also specialize in estate litigation, Trust litigation, medical malpractice, and other areas of law in Las Vegas. Right away I could tell Larissa was different. Her mind is quick and she was fast to read through the details and get a good understanding of where we are at with my legal issue. She has suggested legal strategies and given me many things to consider in defense and offense against the other party that no other attorneys even thought of. Right away, she sets herself apart as a powerful female attorney willing to fight for her clients and get justice for those being wronged. If you need an aggressive, persuasive, and dynamic attorney in Las Vegas for any trust, estate, litigation case, or personal injury case. I definitely recommend Larissa from Stovall and associates. So far I'm impressed and can't wait to have her represent my case in cou

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
