Bryan worked my case superbly. Our initial conversation was very informative, notably his extensive experience concerning both federal and state court procedures within the particular jurisdiction. He articulated well the first steps that were necessary in my case, and clearly laid out anticipated courses of action. He kept me updated throughout the case and described the measured risks that permitted us to achieve a prompt positive result. Additionally, his attorney's fees were reasonable.

I would recommend Bryan Naddafi for any legal issues you have. He is very easy to talk to even when it's not an easy subject. He seems to know the law and the process it will take to complete the process. He is currently handling two cases for us. Probate and a civil case. Whenever I need to speak with him or meet with him I am able to get an appointment to go in and meet with him even on short notice.

I would highly recommend Bryan Naddafi at Olympia Law in Las Vegas if you are seeking a good attorney to help you with a legal matter. He was very knowledgeable and helping during a difficult time when i need to quickly get a lawyer on my side. He exceeded the results i was expecting, always got back to me in a timely manner and easily explained to me the process and time it would take to get my legal matter handled.

Bryan and his staff took great care of me. Very professional and attentive. The team was patient and explained things extremely well. Though out the duration of the case, I was kept apprised of my case status and calls and emails were returned promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
