Tye Masters graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2013 with dual majors in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics, and Law, along with a minor in Business Law. He then returned to his hometown of Las Vegas and earned his law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient in 2017. After passing the bar on his first attempt, he served as in-house counsel for University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, where he handled complex regulatory matters involving Medicare, Medicaid, insurance billing, and hospital accreditation. He also litigated claims related to medical malpractice, premises liability, physician credentialing, and patient accounting disputes. In 2025, Tye joined Benson & Bingham, bringing his extensive legal expertise to advocate for personal injury clients and maximize their recoveries.
As the son of a U.S. Air Force pilot, Tye grew up in diverse environments, including Germany, Texas, and Arkansas, before settling in Southern Nevada in 2001. He proudly calls Nevada home and is committed to passionately representing his clients while serving his community. Outside of his legal practice, Tye enjoys attending Vegas Golden Knights games, cheering on the USC Trojans, golfing, and taking afternoon walks with his two dogs.
