My wife and I worked with Sarah to create a family trust based on the recommendation from a mutual friend. We could not have been more pleased that we decided to work with her. Sarah was quick to respond with thorough, yet accessible answers to our questions. Overall, she made what seemed at first to be a daunting process entirely understandable. We highly recommend her if you have any estate planning needs.

If you are in need of Estate Planning, I highly recommend Ambrogi Law Office. I had little knowledge about this very important part of putting one's life in order, but the expertise of Attorney Sarunna Jin created a wonderful experience for me. From the very beginning, she was patient and resourceful, answering every question I had about trusts. Additionally, she explained every step that needed to be followed when dealing with so many different legal documents at once. Throughout my whole experience working with Attorney Jin, her very competent paralegal, Rebecca Beauregard, and the pleasant office staff, I always felt like a valued client. This law firm is one that stands out with distinction.

Sarah was referred to us by a friend. We found her to be responsive to our needs, friendly and very personable. She walked us thru a very unfamiliar and uncomfortable subject and made us feel at ease. Thank you Sarah, you are the best.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
