Attorney Information

Overview

For more than 30 years, I have represented injury victims and their families across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In that time, I've built a team and a process that delivers results most firms can't match: we settle 80% of our cases for the fair value of the claim within six months of the client completing treatment.

That's not a coincidence. It's the result of a deliberate approach. From the moment you contact us, our trained staff works alongside you through every phase of your case: intake, investigation, treatment documentation, demand, and negotiation. Every team member understands personal injury law and what it takes to protect the full value of your claim.

We represent clients injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents; pedestrian and bicycle accidents; slip and falls; dog bites; medical malpractice; birth injuries; brain and spinal cord injuries; product liability; premises liability; workers' compensation; and wrongful death. We serve clients throughout New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua, Concord, and Portsmouth, as well as Massachusetts.

Our approach is straightforward: build the strongest case from day one, document everything, and negotiate from a position of strength. If the insurance company won't pay fair value, we are fully prepared to take the case to trial, and they know it.

Five consecutive years recognized as Best Lawyer and Best Law Firm by the Nashua Telegraph. Three consecutive years named Best Personal Injury Law Firm by Best of the 603. National Trial Lawyers member. Current President, Greater Nashua Bar Association. 249 five-star Google reviews.
