Overview

Tim Bush is a founding member of Wilson, Bush, Durkin & Keefe. His practice includes criminal defense and personal injury matters in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Tim is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Tim received his JD from Suffolk University Law School in 1991. At Suffolk, Tim had the privilege of participating on the ABA National Trial Team in both his second and third years of law school. He graduated from Boston College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Tim is an active member of both the New Hampshire Bar and the Nashua Bar Associations. He is currently serving as the President of the Nashua Bar Association.

Tim was educated in the Nashua public schools and graduated from Nashua High School in 1984.

Tim has had a number of jury trials in both the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has received acquittals in sexual assault cases in Cambridge, Lowell, Nashua and Manchester. In 2009, Tim received jury acquittals for a man charged with Conduct After an Accident resulting in a fatality in Carroll County, a man charged with Driving After Certification of Habitual Offender in Manchester, and a man charged with Driving While Intoxicated in Lawrence.
