Consulted Attorney 2023While in a meeting with John Manfreda in order to prepare a simple will and after I told him that I do not do power of attorney’s, his response being ( I will twist your arm to make one) he drafted a general power of attorney and living will which would render me incapable of handling my business and my affairs.
