    Hired Attorney 2020-2026
    As legal counsel for our condominium association, Kenneth Sauter presided over a period of severe financial distress and insolvency, actively enabling unauthorized parties to restrict and bottleneck our financial accounts. Mr. Sauter has demonstrated a profound disregard for basic governance standards—including providing a demonstrably false conflict of interest statement, resigning only to return, and selectively communicating exclusively with favored board members while ignoring legitimate concerns raised by sitting trustees. A community's legal counsel should protect its financial and operational integrity, not facilitate its breakdown. I strongly advise against retaining his services.
